How I Help My Clients?

Remote / Virtual ADHD Coaching

Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of my clients preferred to meet via video. My experience is that the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages. As long as you have a stable high speed connection and a workable device, (preferably with a larger screen,) we can meet from anywhere. Almost all of my clients feel that it feels “face to face enough.” This allows for flexibility with clients who travel for business, meet with me during their workday, spend significant time at vacation homes, or have atypical schedules. It also makes our meetings practical in that they only take 50 minutes, with no travel time. Virtual ADHD coaching is ideal for younger clients because they can take me to college with them. You don’t have to be in the Greater Boston area to work with me. I’ve worked with clients in every part of the United States and as far away as China.

ADHD Coaching Over The Phone

Phone coaching was the standard for many years as coaching emerged as a profession. It has all the logistical advantages of video coaching. And for those clients who don’t mind the fact that we cannot see each other, it is a great option. It is especially good for clients who need to move around while processing their thoughts or who need to being doing something “productive” with their hands or bodies in order to focus even better while we meet. Feel free to roam!

ADHD Coaching In Person In Greater Boston

I work out of my home office in Milton Massachusetts, just outside of Boston. I have always had a few clients who have preferred to meet in person. Though they have all transitioned successfully to remote coaching during the pandemic, there was something they preferred about sitting across from each other in real life. I look forward to offering this option again post-pandemic. If possible, I especially recommend in-person meetings for younger clients for at least their first session to help establish rapport.
